Privacy notice

Who we are

KR Consultancy Pte Ltd (UEN 201400206M), a company incorporated in Singapore, is the organisation responsible for personal data collected through krconsultancy.com.sg. Questions, access requests and withdrawals of consent go to kamlesh@krconsultancy.com.sg, which reaches our Data Protection Officer.

What we collect

• When you enquire: your name, email address, organisation, and whatever you choose to write in the message.
• When you request the corporate prospectus: your name, work email address and organisation.
• When you book a coaching or scoping session: your name, email address, the time you selected, and — for paid sessions — a payment confirmation. We never see or store your card or bank details; those are handled entirely by the payment provider.
• Automatically: standard web server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address, browser type and pages requested.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not send NRIC or FIN numbers, financial details, or health information by web form or email.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.
• To send the corporate prospectus you asked for. One email with the PDF attached. We do not add you to a mailing list and there is no follow-up sequence.
• To schedule, deliver and invoice training or coaching you have engaged us for.
• To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations in Singapore.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Consent

By submitting a form or emailing us you consent to us using your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing kamlesh@krconsultancy.com.sg. We will act on a withdrawal within ten business days and confirm when it is done. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide a service you have asked for, and does not affect anything we are legally required to keep.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of third-party service providers to run this site and our administration — website hosting, form handling, scheduling, payment processing, email and cloud storage. They process personal data only on our instructions and only as needed to provide their service. Some of them store data outside Singapore; where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

Where a programme is accredited or delivered through a partner organisation, participant data required for that accreditation is shared with that partner, and you will be told before it is.

Coaching is separate. What is discussed in a coaching session is confidential under the ICF Code of Ethics and is not shared with an employer who pays, beyond confirmation of attendance.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become engagements: up to twenty-four months, then deleted.
• Prospectus requests: up to twenty-four months.
• Client and participant records: seven years, to meet Singapore accounting and tax requirements.
• Coaching session notes: for the duration of the engagement and twelve months after, then destroyed.

Keeping it safe

Reasonable security arrangements are in place, including access controls, encrypted transmission and reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as required if a notifiable breach occurs.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used in the past year, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, and withdraw consent. Email kamlesh@krconsultancy.com.sg. We respond within thirty days; if we need longer we will tell you why. A reasonable fee may apply to an access request, and we will tell you before any fee is incurred.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Embedded third-party components — the form and the booking scheduler — may set cookies necessary for them to work. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of delivering the font.

Children

This site is directed at adults and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13 through it.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how we use data you have already given us, tell you directly.
