KlarityRoad · Private clients only · ICF ACC

The higher you go, the fewer people tell you the truth.

One-to-one coaching for senior professionals who have stopped getting straight answers, and have started to notice.

The Half Hour: thirty minutes, virtual, S$50 — credited against whatever you book next. You will receive a payment link before the session.

A small room set for a conversation: two armchairs angled towards each other, a low table
with a notebook and a cup, a window onto trees and housing blocks.

Who this is for

Three people book this.

01

Newly in charge

You were promoted out of a team you were part of. The people who used to tell you things have stopped. Nobody mentioned that the job changes on the first day and the relationships change the day before.

02

Good, and stuck

The results are there. The next move is not. You have been told you are ready for two years, nothing has moved, and you have run out of people who will tell you why.

03

Leading a change you did not choose

A restructure, an automation programme, a mandate from above. You have to make it land, while holding your own private view of whether it is right.

KlarityRoad

Personalised, not packaged.

KlarityRoad is not a curriculum. It is a territory, and the route through it is yours.

Most people arrive believing they need a plan. Usually they need to stop first — which is why The Reset is on the map, and why it is almost never where anyone expects to spend their time.

01

The Reset

Clearing enough noise to hear yourself think.

02

The Excavation

What drains you — and what you are good at that you have stopped noticing.

03

The Vision

Where you are going, and which stories keep you where you are.

04

The Engine

Putting AI onto the parts of your work that never needed you.

05

The Operating System

The small repeatable things that make it hold.

Depth and order set by you — not a sequence
What is fixed

The five phases, how often we meet, the confidentiality, and that I answer to a published code of ethics rather than to your employer.

What is not

Where we start, how long we stay, and what we skip. Some clients spend six sessions in Excavation. Others pass through in one.

The terms of the room

Before anything else is agreed.

ICF ACC

Credentialled with the International Coaching Federation.

A published code

Bound by the ICF Code of Ethics — a public standard, not a private assurance.

Confidential

What is said in the room stays in the room. That does not change when someone else pays.

You will not find photographs of coaching sessions anywhere on this site. There is no version of that picture I would be willing to take.

How it starts

Start with a conversation. Decide after it.

Step one

The Half Hour

S$50

Thirty minutes, virtual. You tell me what is going on. I tell you whether I am the right person for it. The S$50 is credited against whatever you book next — and if you book nothing, we have both spent half an hour finding that out. You will receive a payment link before the session.

Step two

First personal session

S$150

Sixty minutes. One session, one price, to work out which phase you are actually in. This is the way in, not the standing rate.

Then, an engagement.

Usually the right one

The Arc

8 sessions · about 4 months
S$3,200
S$400 a session

Eight because that is what it usually takes to get across the ground — not a package size I picked. Some people need six, some eleven. If we finish early you keep the balance for whenever you want it. If we need more, we talk about it then.

Extended

12 sessions · about 6 months
S$4,500
S$375 a session

For deeper work, or for moving through something live — a transition, a restructure, a decision you cannot unmake.

Employer-sponsored

Same sessions, invoiced to the organisation
From S$5,000
Confidentiality unchanged

Your organisation can pay. What is said in the room does not change, and neither does who it belongs to.

It costs more than The Arc because there are three parties rather than two — a written agreement with your organisation, their invoicing and procurement to work through, and the extra care it takes to keep the room private when somebody else is paying for it.

Before you book

When I am the wrong person.

Three situations where I will say no, and would rather say it here than take your S$50 first.

01

You want therapy

Coaching works forward from where you are. If what is in the way is grief, trauma or a clinical issue, you need a psychologist and not me. I will say so and, where I can, point you at someone.

02

Someone else decided you need fixing

Coaching that a person has been sent to does not work. If your organisation wants me to change you, the answer is no. If you want to change something and they will pay, that is a different conversation and a straightforward one.

03

You want an answer, not a process

Some questions need a consultant who will tell you what to do. That is a legitimate thing to want. It is not what this is, and paying coaching rates for advice is a poor trade.

Questions

The things people ask before they book.

What if I don’t go ahead after the half hour?

You keep the half hour and I keep the S$50. There is no follow-up sequence and no second email.

My employer wants to pay. What do they get to see?

Confirmation that you attended. Nothing else — no themes, no progress notes, no development summary. If an organisation needs a report on you, I will say at the outset that I do not produce one, and they can decide from there.

What does a single session cost, outside a block?

S$450 for sixty minutes, for continuing work once a block has finished. I do not usually start an engagement session by session — the phases need a run at them.

Virtual or in person?

The Half Hour is always virtual. After that it is your call. Some people want the room; some would rather not spend an hour travelling to it. The work goes equally well either way, and you can switch whenever it suits you. If you are outside Singapore, everything runs virtually.

What happens if I need to move a session?

Move it. More than twenty-four hours’ notice and it simply reschedules at no cost. Inside twenty-four hours, or a no-show, and the session is used. Life happens, so the first late change in an engagement is on me.

What happens when The Arc ends?

Most people stop, which is the intention. Some continue at the standing rate, some come back a year later for something specific. There is no renewal conversation built into the last session.

Half an hour, and a straight answer about whether this is for you.

Credited against whatever you book next.
